The Bandoleer was designed around the TF2 Chassis with a wheelbase of 285 to 289 mm. Other Chassis may work with modifications. Note: Sometimes, you say to yourself, "That belongs on "X" wheelbase." Then you print it, then you realize.....um, no, no, no, not right, not right at all. That has happened with our V1 model. This is the corrected V2 model with a better scale and a wheelbase of approx 242 mm. No fish were harmed in the rework of this model.

The P237 Commonwealth Festival
This vehicle shell has a 285 to 290 mm Wheelbase. Lighting mount lugs included on Front Fenders of Cabin and at rear of Bed for use with after market lighting options or can be sanded smooth if not needed. Body mount suggestion lugs also provided on sides near bottom of doors to be drilled out for use with body mount standoffs provided by some kits or can be removed if mounting to other chassis is desired.

The PW47 Clarck \ Strong Professional Work

Prior to any sales it was determined that clearance at front was at minimums which would have caused possible clearance issues. The nose of the model was elongated by 7 mm to provide additional room. See updated screenshots showing longer nose. Changes have no impact on established wheelbase.
Memories are made everyday, ours first model was inspired by a road trip to a Dinosaur Museum in Wyoming.
Dimensions: W=194 mm(Without Mirrors), H=150 mm, L=509 mm (including bumpers which are optional), WB=312 to 317 mm.
Notes:
During prototype printing it was observed that the CargoCabin.stl file is fractionally larger than 200 mm at the rear bumper area. Using our slicer software scaling tool we scaled to maximum which reduced it to .99315%. Printed at this scale made no noticeable difference but we still elected to split the difference at the MidCabin.stl and set it's scale to .996575% for best possible transitions. All other .stl files were printed at 100%.
This model has been reviewed and corrections made, however due to the nature of matching the shell to the wheelbase dimensions it still from time to time appears to say it is oversized. It was observed in our slicer that if we scaled the CargoCabin.stl to maximum then reset it to 100% the slicer would then allow the slicing without complaint since the part footprint was right at the limits. Go figure? This allowed all parts to print at 100% size.
